We are adjusting pretty well with Alanta. She is an excellent baby. She sleeps all night, and she hardly cries(usually only when she is hungry).
Matthew is very good with her. He will hold her and help give her a bath. Micaela loves her. She will reach wanting to hold her. She loves to give her kisses. She will even pat her back when I try to burp her. When Alanta cries or makes noises, Micaela goes right to her. (It must be a natural instinct).

Welcome Home, Alanta!

We brought our little girl home today around 1:00 pm. She is such a good baby. Micaela is very fascinated with her. She loves to take her hat off and reaches to hold her and kiss her. Matthew is just your typical boy. He just looks at her and goes on his way. I think he is more interested in the stuff I brought home than the baby. But, he is also being a good help.

Alanta Victoria

Our little girl arrived February 12 at 4:05 pm. Weighing in at 7 lbs 7 ozs and 21 inches long. She came about 3 weeks early, and is doing fine. She has been a good baby. She eats well and has already slept through he night. God knew we needed a good baby. The kids are enjoying her. Micaela was so sweet to watch. She was kissing her, hugging her, and tries to put her hat on when it slides off. We are thankful for our new addition and look forward to watching her grow along with Matthew and Micaela.

Happy 3rd Birthday, Matthew!

It is hard to believe that our little boy is now three. He has grown so much. We enjoy him more and more everyday. He keeps us on our toes and keeps us smiling. He has a huge imagination and is not scared of anything (except spiders). We look forward to enjoying more time with him as he learns more new and exciting things.

It's a Girl!!!!

Her name will either be Maegan or Alanta!

For about a week now, Micaela has been walking everywhere. She is growing so fast. She has been climbing the stairs. She made it all the way up by herself for the first time the other day.

We figured out last week that Matthew is scared of spiders (even the fake ones). He looks at them and says "Yuck" and "I scared."
